Connected Well provides support to rural health services in Central West NSW.
Our current activities include supporting:
- Nyrang Health Team, the first of the Little Health Teams delivering patient-centred care to Canowindra and surrounds
- CW Diagnostic Endoscopy offers colonoscope and gastrostope operations at the Cowra Health Service
